Aries (March 20-April 19)
The Aquarius Moon is “triggering” Venus in your fiery sign, Aries. This is such a happy place! No matter where Venus is in your chart, she’s all about relationships. Today’s aspect is one of the loveliest for Date Night--and although it’s Monday, it is a holiday to be celebrated! This energizes your house of friends, so call somebody! Hibernation is never your problem, since you’re perpetual springtime. The New Moon tomorrow is a great time to plant spring bulbs--the seed of new life, then you’ll have to do your least favorite thing--wait.
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
The stardust atmosphere is relatively quiet today, except for a date Venus has with the Moon. With Venus courting the Moon, you’ll feel “at home” in the company of your friends, you’ll enjoy having them in your home, and even if you’re alone, your feelings are pleasantly happy. You can get a great “reading” on any group you belong to right now. You’re more sensitive and responsive, in the way that makes you so good at public relations. At the same time you have a love of quiet and solitude, and a bit of social shyness. But this pulling in is also what gives you deep artistic inspiration.
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
Today you want to get away from your routine, take a trip to the country. You feel a restlessness, perhaps from boredom with your everyday life. The goddess of love is romancing the Moon, which would ordinarily be time to stay in the comforts of home. But since this is occurring in your 9th solar house of the higher mind and travels, you want a change of scene. Your Gemini resourcefulness could accomplish it all with a good book, curled up by the fire. Venus is still in your 11th house of friends and groups, so either way you shouldn’t go it alone.
Cancer (June 21-July 21)
Today you get some breathing space, to release any recent tensions or miscommunications. The stars are resting, except for some loving comfort coming from a date the goddess of love has with the Moon. Since Venus is involved, a loving, pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere is created in the areas belonging to the Moon--emotions, home and family. Perfect for the Cancer Crab. Crabs don’t hibernate, but they do burrow into the sand in deep water and chill out. This is the time of year you’re shedding the old and getting a new, very sensitive, skin. Here, in the middle, you’re softer and much more hugable! My favorite Cancer just hates that!
Leo (July 22-August 22)
The Moon is in your seventh house, and Jupiter is aligned with Mars--must mean “peace will guide the planet, and love will rule the stars.” Perhaps the reason this house of the Moon was picked for The Mamas and The Papas song is it’s emotional sensitivity to others, particularly your romantic partner. Your close relationships are particularly important to you today. You understand they are a source of comfort and nurturing for you--no matter what your age. You’re an emissary of the Age of Aquarius today! Luckily, the lion or lioness in you never hibernates. You’re so highly adaptable. Prowl on.
Virgo (August 23-September 22)

Even though Venus is in an incompatible fire sign, she’s in your 8th solar house of Scorpio--water to your earth is very compatible. She brings money or valuables through inheritance (February 8-March 4th), and some deeply passionate vibes. Today is the eve of tomorrow’s New Moon in Pisces which will be very energizing for you. It’s a time for planting new seeds of intentions for the times ahead. Rest up.
Libra (September 23-October 22)
The high flying Aquarius Moon is in your 5th house of romance and creativity, and the goddess of love is in your house of relationships. That’s lots of air (stay out of your head), with just the right amount of fire thrown in. A good date night. There will be good vibes between you (if you don’t overthink it!). Venus is a relational planet, whether to your romantic partner or to your art. It’s a pleasant day today, stardust-wise. Scorpio (October 23-November 21)
Even though the Aquarius Moon is in an incompatible air sign, it brings an ease and grace to all matters related to your home and family. This is due to the Moon’s friendly relationship with Venus today. Business matters related to homes, such as real estate, should go well for you. You’d enjoy cooking for your family. Scorpions are incredibly prolific family guys. Not suggesting that you follow your totem on this one, but they have 25-35 babies at a time! Scorpions consider hibernating in winter when the temp goes below 85, but basically they just go indoors and hang out in close knit bunches. Today’s a great day to be in your bunch!
Sagittarius (November 22-December 20)
Venus may be fiery, but today she’s calmed into a comfortable at-home goddess--the perfect role for you today. But make no mistake, she’s still in your house of creativity and romance. Think of a dreamy candlelight dinner for two. Venus is sweet on today’s Aquarius Moon, which is in your mental house of communications. Capricorn (December 21-January 19)
The Mountain Goat is the sure-footed totem for Capricorn. Actually, it’s not even a goat. It’s closer to the agile antelope and gazelle. Cleverly avoiding the crowds and competition for real estate at lower, densely populated areas, this Capricorn Goat is outfitted for high altitude cold to -50 degrees! They never quit or hibernate. Let’s review: Sure-footed, agile, tenacious, good with real estate, incredible endurance (has four stomachs), and impeccable taste in fur coats! Sounds just like one of my favorite Capricorns. Venus is still heating up the love at home, and today’s Aquarius Moon has you emotionally attached to your possessions. Probably not going to lend that fur coat to anyone!
Aquarius (January 20-February 17)
The goddess of love is still sweetening your thoughts and attitude with some healthy curiosity. Pisces (February 18-March 19)
The Pisces Fish doesn’t exactly hibernate, but they do go dormant and take lots of long naps. Sound good? Actually, they’re reducing their cost of living! You’ll really enjoy your naps today, as well as communing, since the Aquarian Moon is in your 12th house of Pisces--a mystical experience at the emotional level.
