We’d be lost at sea, dreaming our life away, except for the grounding feet of a practical Virgo Full Moon this Monday.  Separating the wheat from chaff is the discerning wisdom Virgo brings.  The symbol for Virgo is a virgin holding a sheaf of grain.  She represents the ability to harvest wisdom and competence from the fields of life experience.  

Venus, the goddess of love, joins the Pisces swim team this Monday, just two hours after the Full Moon.  Venus is in her exaltation in Pisces, where love rises to universal compassion for all mankind.  It’s a call to love.

Leo ♌ (July 22-August 22)
Just think of yourself as a hibernating bear!  For the next 5 weeks your actions are best directed to behind the scenes work, albeit with a flare for art and music.  If you find you’ve pulled out your Samurai sword, it’s to defend what you value--especially in the area of jointly held resources.  The week heads toward an emotionally expressive New Moon on Saturday.  It will be hard to stay objective, but do.  The love, support and security from your close personal relationships are very important now.  Your freedom is expanded by breaking old patterns.

Virgo ♍ (August 23-September 22)
You may find yourself focused on fixing things that are already perfect!  Especially your personal relationships.  From now until the ides of March, you’ll find yourself in situations requiring you to teach that compromise is not the same thing as giving in.  This may first require an uncomfortable airing of grievances.  Wednesday may find you buying lavish gifts, after all Valentine’s is coming!  The New Moon in Aquarius tops off your week with the need to go back and claim those feelings you’ve repressed in order to get work done.

Scorpio ♏  (October 23-November 21)
