Who's compatible?

Today’s a test of the Relationship Emergency Preparedness System (REPS). Saturn the realist is weighing heavily on the dreamy Moon of relationships, Libra.

We’ll be tempted to ask fatal questions like, “Is my partner living up to my expectations?”

Or the narcissistic lethal weapon, “Is my partner meeting my needs?”

And then there’s the kill-slowly-like-arsenic criticism, “You’re not going to wear that are you?”

We’re asking about compatibility. Wiktionary says it’s when two people are capable of functioning in the same system without interfering with each other.

Is this why people at opposite poles are attracted to each other? Nobody says it better than Modern Family...

”There are dreamers [Moon] and there are realists [Saturn] in this world. You’d think the dreamers would find the dreamers and the realists would find the realists, but more often than not the opposite is true. We’ll give this some deep thought when the Moon sinks into Scorpio tonight at 9:24 PM, PST. Scorpio gets to the bottom of things. Then two hours later the Scorpio Moon sings with Neptune of a deep, intense love for all mankind. Dreamer or realist?

Aries (March 20-April 19)
