Mercury is known in mythology as the trickster messenger who escorts souls between earth and the underworld, the ego’s home base.  For the next three weeks, he’s buddied-up with Sleuthy Saturn in the murky waters of Scorpio.

This inspires him to open the gates of hell and, like Pandora’s Box, release the poltergeist of your worst nightmare.  Not to scare you (well okay maybe just a little to get your attention), but so that you can see your fears in the light of your conscious mind.  

Watch Wednesday for Saturn’s first flirtation with Neptune, when out of the shadows of doubt, confusion, and uncertainty comes a new vision of your world.  

What the ego doesn’t want you to see is that at the bottom of Pandora’s Box, underneath the world’s fears, lays the Spirit of Hope.

Aries ♈ (March 20-April 19)
Get out your soap box and head for the town square!  Mars in Sagittarius will be in a fiery harmonic with your Aries Sun until November 16th.  This will affect your 9th solar house of the higher mind and push you out to take a stand for your ideals.  You’ll feel like crusading for a broader understanding.  Mercury, newly in Scorpio, will be in your 8th solar house of intense emotions and regeneration, adding intensity and power to your words for the next 3 weeks.  You need to go deeper will engender adventurous scientific discoveries.

Taurus ♉ (April 20-May 20)
Warrior Mars has just begun a 6 weeks sojourn through your 8th solar house, the underworld of Darth Vader.  The sense of dying to be reborn, as in the flight of the Phoenix, will come through surgery to heal an old wound.  Mercury has joined Saturn in the sign of Scorpio, putting your mental activity under the influence of your 7th solar house.  You’ll want to be and work in some sort of partnership, preferring not to go it alone.  You’re looking for a meeting of minds with those around you, and indeed you’d love to experience a Vulcan Mind-Meld, with lots of love added in!
